The studio keeps no office in the Emirates. What it brings to Dubai and Abu Dhabi clients is twenty years of designing for a demanding, high-budget market with a hot, seismic, continental climate, a working method that keeps architecture and interiors in one hand, and a direct line to Italian manufacturing through INTERNI in Milan. Projects are led from Almaty, Milan and Vilnius, with site visits and local consultants engaged for permitting and authority approvals.

Our Milan partner INTERNI already operates in Dubai as part of its Global Design Network (Milan · London · Dubai · Miami · Chicago · Los Angeles) and delivers across the Gulf — its published projects include villas in Dubai and on Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island — which means furniture, stone, joinery and lighting specified in Milan arrive and are assembled on an Emirati site under one coordinated process.

Ultra Luxury Apartment, Almaty

Full architectural and interior development of an ultra-luxury residence, from concept through execution drawings — the scale and finish level typical of Gulf penthouse briefs, delivered with Italian furniture and craft.

Esentai City, Almaty

For developers: a 46-hectare mixed-use district — 300,000 m²+ of residential, office buildings, culture and retail — taken from urban concept to site supervision. Evidence that the studio can hold a masterplan and a door detail in the same project.
